While continuing to strive for excellence in the execution of all relocations, we ask that you please keep in mind that there are occasionally an array of circumstances that are beyond the control of the carrier such as delays in delivery for inclement weather, mechanical failure, home closing pushed up or back, logistical sensibilities, etc… in addition to unintentional loss or damage of household goods due additional customer loads, the transfer of loads, load shifting, etc…However, when selecting a carrier from the Americas Best Movers members list you have the comfort and security of having a specified point of contact to help you navigate through the process if any issues or concerns you have may arise, and will be resolved in an equitable and timely fashion.
